Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty CNA to join our team in Ashland City, TN. You will provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.

The role offers full-time daytime hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and 1:1 care that supports patients in home settings. We value empathy, reliability, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA or home health aide certification as required by state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Support basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and health monitoring.
• Handle home management tasks including light housekeeping and shopping.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
