Job summary

Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a Private Duty CNA in Elizabethton, TN for full-time night shifts. Provide compassionate 1:1 care under RN supervision, assist with personal care, documentation, and basic health tasks in home settings within the Greeneville office area.

You will work a night schedule with home-based duties across Elizabethton, ensuring patient comfort and safety while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or state licensure as CNA/Home Health Aide.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.

Coverage area: Elizabethton, TN

Schedule: Full -Time; Nights

• Monday - Friday 5:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
