Adoration Health in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Private Duty CNA to join our patient-centered team and deliver compassionate care in home settings. You will provide 1:1 care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, complete documentation with HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and assist with personal care or home management tasks, including basic hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Certification as CNA or Home Health Care Aide as per state licensure
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/sit for periods

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
