Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Estill Springs, TN. This full-time daytime role offers consistent hours and the chance to impact patients and families through 1:1 care.

You will document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, support with personal care and home management tasks, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse, enjoying team support and job stability with growth

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification as CNA or Home Health Care Aide as required by state licensure.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring.
• Handle home management tasks including light housekeeping, shopping, and related duties.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
