Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver 1:1, patient-centered care in Estill Spings, TN. This part-time daytime role supports a dedicated team and a home-based care setting.

As a Private Duty CNA, you will document patient care in HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding and mobility, and help clients remain safe at home. Requires 18+ years, a CNA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• State CNA or Home Health Aide certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Aid basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation and related health tasks.
• Home management includes basic housekeeping, shopping and related tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse


• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR


• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks


• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks


• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years


• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy


• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care


• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
