Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities and delivering emotional support within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support.
• Provide compassionate, customer-service oriented care.
• Other duties as needed.

New Pond Village is looking for a compassionate part-time CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
