- Provide hands-on assistance to residents with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
- Communicate any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Charge Nurse.
- Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
- Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in your field.
