Job summary

Wathenahrc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts in Kansas. The role involves compassionate bedside care, supporting residents with daily living activities and therapy preparation, while maintaining infection control and accurate documentation.

You will work a 6 PM to 6 AM shift, with three shifts per week, and must have current CNA certification. You will join a team of nurses and care professionals dedicated to high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Details:

To qualify for the position, you will need:

1. Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents

2. Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support
