Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).
• Experience working with residents in a care setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provided hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals).
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment; collaborate with nurses and care team.
• Complete required documentation and participate in ongoing training.

What You'll Do

As a CNA at Pinnacle, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Working closely with nurses and other members of the care team
• Completing required documentation and participating in ongoing training
