Raintree Village is a boutique-style senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and help residents maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We offer 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts for CNA positions with full-time (30+ hours) and part-time (up to 29 hours) opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA with current license.
• Experience in nursing home or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide direct resident care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents per care plan.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Attend meetings and participate in in-service training.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.

• Days: 6am-2:30 pm or 6am-6:30pm
• Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
• Nights: 10pm-6:30am or 6pm-6:30am

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible.

Responsibilities

• Follows and upholds The Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plan.
• Completes documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
• Follows and upholds policies and procedures of The Community.
• Follows rules outlined in the Community’s employee handbook.
• Attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
• Follows infection control guidelines.
• Reports changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse
• Observes residents’ rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, etc.
• Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
