Northridge Village is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living community in Ames, IA. The CNA provides direct, hands-on care to residents to promote well-being and safety, following care plans and documentation standards.

The role supports residents' daily living activities, adheres to infection control guidelines, and participates in team trainings to maintain high-quality care in a family-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program and passed competency examinations.
• Commitment to resident well-being and safety in a nursing home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plans.
• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• Document resident care accurately and follow infection control guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and company policies; participate in team meetings.
