Job summary

Hilltop Health and Rehab, a member of Ascent Healthcare Management, is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to care for residents and patients in a friendly rural facility. You must already be a CNA and hold current NC certification; CPR certification is preferred.

We offer competitive pay, full-time benefits, and daily pay options to access earnings on demand. Available shifts include Full Time AM 8 and 12 Hour, PRN, and Part Time all shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs, assist with lifting, moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Available Shift Details:

Part Time - All shifts

What you will do:

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

What you need to have:

• Willingness to make a difference!
• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
