Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure fluids intake
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participation in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety
• Document: Enter info into our software system to track care given
