Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health
Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure fluids intake
Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participation in activities
Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety
Document: Enter info into our software system to track care given
