Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Westlake, OH is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in our Concord Reserve community. The role is full-time, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with responsibilities including assisting residents with daily activities, responding to call lights, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Launder residents’ personal belongings
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts
