Life Enriching Communities in Montgomery, Ohio, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in Memory Care and Skilled Nursing units. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts with day and overnight options to fit varied schedules.

Formación

• Current CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work with team members to ensure quality care.
• Enter data into computer on AOD.
• Assist residents with eating and menu choices.

You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
