Cedar Ridge Village in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Provide direct, hands-on care to residents to support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts across 4- and 8-hour blocks, with health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and a supportive team environment as part of a family-oriented retirement community.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant training completed.
• Competency examinations passed as per statutory requirements for CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, hands-on care to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plans.
• Completes documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Adheres to safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Attends required meetings and trainings.
