Job summary

Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fairport, NY to provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents' health, and document observations to support quality care.

We offer a competitive pay range up to $22.00 per hour, weekend shift availability, a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a supportive healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with meals, feeding, mobility, transfers and positioning as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Obtain and record vital signs and other required observations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence and emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Pay, Shifts & Schedule

Pay Range: $18.50–$22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and years of experience.

• Weekday evening and night shift differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible B and C shifts.

• Weekend differential: Additional 10% per hour for all weekend shifts.

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week.

• Part-Time: 22.5 hours per week.

• Weekend Availability: Required.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus
