Responsibilities

1. Resident Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
2. Mobility Assistance: Help residents with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
3. Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
4. Documentation: Accurately document all care provided and any changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records.
5. Communication: Report changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
6. Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and providing companionship.
7. Infection Control: Follow protocols to maintain a safe environment.
8. Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications
