Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. Open shifts include 7am-3pm (2–3 days/week), 3pm-11pm (1 day/week), and 11pm-7am (1–2 days/week plus every other weekend).

Join a compassionate team delivering high-quality resident care. As a CNA, you will support daily living activities, provide companionship, and work with a care team to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassion and dedication to resident well‑being.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Document and report resident observations to the care team.
