Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the care team.

Open shifts include 7am-3pm (2 and 3 days/wk), 3pm-11pm (1 day/wk), and 11pm-7am (1 and 2 days/wk, every other weekend). We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassion and dedication to resident well-being.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team.
