Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver to support residents with transportation and care. You will take residents to appointments, assist during visits, relay messages, and ensure guest service meets company standards.

This role requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with AM or PM shifts as management schedules. CNA duties may be performed on the floors when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Resident-first approach and dignity in care.
• Front desk/reception experience is a plus.
• Experience scheduling transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take Residents to and from appointments.
• Assist residents during appointments.
• Pass on messages and information to colleagues.
• Provide guest service that meets company standards.
• Assist DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.
• Work weekdays/weekends/holidays and AM or PM shifts as needed.
• Provide CNA duties on the floors when required.

Civita Care Center at Milford is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver! As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking Residents to and from appointments
• Assisting residents during appointments
• Communicating with colleagues taking messages and pass on information
• Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.
• Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays
• Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs
• Able to work as CNA if needed on Floors
