Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver to take residents to appointments and assist during visits. This full-time role includes supporting scheduling, communicating with staff, and delivering high-quality guest service.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Qualified candidates should have CNA credentials and welcome front-desk experience; driving duties are a core component of this position in

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills and a professional caring approach toward residents, colleagues and guests.
• Previous front desk reception experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking Residents to and from appointments.
• Assisting residents during appointments.
• Communicating with colleagues, taking messages and passing on information.
• Provide guest service that meets or exceeds company standards.
• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.
• Able to work Weekdays/Weekends/ Holidays and AM or PM shifts as needed.
• Able to work as CNA on floors if required.

Civita Care Center at Milford is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver! As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking Residents to and from appointments
• Assisting residents during appointments
• Communicating with colleagues taking messages and pass on information
• Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.
• Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays
• Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs
• Able to work as CNA if needed on Floors
