Complete Care at Meriden is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, mobility, vital checks, feeding, living assistance, companionship, and accurate documentation.

We offer all-shift options, daily pay, overtime, and a range of benefits. Long-term care experience preferred and CT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified to work within the State of Connecticut as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Kind, compassionate, dependable and able to work as a team

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical or mental health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks and ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participate in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: Enter information into our software system to track care provided.
