Complete Care at Silver Lake is hiring a CNA with Delaware certification to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. The role includes personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, feeding, and companionship, with a focus on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks and ensure adequate fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional support for residents
• Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
