Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court in Colchester, CT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will perform ADLs, support residents, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Active CT CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
