Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Cordova, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. This full-time role offers a 3 PM to 11 PM shift and a $2,500 sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to reliable, team-driven care for residents.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with daily living activities, support dining services, and help maintain PHI confidentiality while coordinating care under clinical leadership. Join a supportive team in a rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification for Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and inform of factors affecting ability to perform work.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) in verbal, written and electronic form.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
