Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team on the 3 PM–11 PM shift in Cordova, Tennessee. This full-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a family-oriented environment where teamwork matters.

You will provide daily living assistance, help with meals, document intake, report changes to the nurse, and keep patient information confidential while upholding dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
