Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. We offer meaningful daily work in a team-oriented environment, with multiple shift options and on-site support.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, support dining services, and communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff. We provide benefits and a welcoming workplace focused on resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
