Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. In this role you will provide essential resident support, assist with activities of daily living, and help coordinate dining services with meal delivery and feeding assistance.

The ideal candidate holds an active Tennessee CNA certificate and CPR/BLS, enjoys a team environment, and is committed to resident dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and follow care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with dining services: meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and meal intake documentation.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Henderson Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.


• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.


• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.


• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.


• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee


• Current CPR/BLS Certification
