Job summary

Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab in Adamsville, TN seeks a dedicated Night Shift CNA to support residents with daily living activities and care plans. You’ll assist with meals, documentation, and coordinate with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
