Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, Tennessee seeks a compassionate CNA to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and coordinate dining services under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Active TN CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as assigned by clinical leadership.

• Coordinate dining services, deliver meals, assist with feeding, and document intake.
• Report changes to the nurse supervisor and inform about barriers to care tasks.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Henderson Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
