Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team on a PRN basis. If you value teamwork and resident-centered care, we want to meet you. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, support meals and documentation, and report changes to the nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documenting meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and inform of factors affecting performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all forms.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.

• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.

• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
