Henderson Nursing and Rehabilitation in Henderson, KY seeks a Certified Nurse Aide/State Registered Nurse Aide (CNA/SRNA) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. 12-hour shifts available, with a strong benefits package and same-day pay option.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and tending to call lights, with emphasis on compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program completed.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Check residents frequently if they cannot call for help.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.

Qualifications & Educations:

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
