Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Cordova, Tennessee is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, provide supportive services, and help coordinate dining services to ensure residents receive proper nutrition.

The role includes reporting changes to the nurse supervisor, maintaining patient confidentiality, and working a 3 PM to 11 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and communicate factors that interfere with care.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all formats.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
