Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Memory Care team in Cordova, Tennessee. The 3 PM to 11 PM shift offers a rewarding, team-driven environment with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living, support dining services, document meal intake, and report changes to the nurse supervisor while maintaining patient confidentiality and care plans adherence.

Formación

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
