Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident/patient care needs including oral hygiene, bathing, nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Ensure bowel and bladder needs are met per standards of care.
• Support residents' nutritional needs and assist with activities like ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Follow infection control policies and treat residents, visitors, and staff with courtesy.
• Accept and organize assignments as delegated by LPN/RN; report concerns to LPN/RN.
• Perform CNA skills such as vital signs, foley care, specimen collection, and use of lifts.
• Maintain current CNA knowledge and competence; meet attendance policy and promote team reliability.

Other Information:
Current Arkansas CNA certification is required.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred or a certificate in Nursing Assistant.
