Vivo Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while maintaining infection control and accurate documentation. Flexible shifts available; opportunities for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist residents with meals and ensure proper nutritional intake.
• Maintain clean and sanitary resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and promote independence.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and resident rights guidelines.
• Participate in shift reports and staff meetings as required.

Job Summary:
