Qualifications

• Orientation completion is required for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and equipment efficiently per standards to maintain resident care quality.
• Schedule resident appointments and transportation.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility and personal care.
• Assist in dining, service, and cleanup in dining areas.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report them.
