Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support resident care by ordering, distributing, and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.

The CNA will manage inventory, enter data for issues and returns, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely, accurate supply availability for daily operations. Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards are essential for uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Active CNA certification in the state of practice is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and supplies.
• One year of work experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the ordering of house stock and chargeable supplies with nursing and other staff; takes inventory of and rotates stocked items daily and maintains monthly inventory of all nursing supplies.
• Orders and maintains inventory of supplies and fills requests according to procedures.
• Places central supply and vendor orders on a weekly basis to maintain adequate inventory as demonstrated by requisition order; ensures timely shipping of orders.
• Maintains accurate records of resident payor status (Medicare, Medicaid, Skilled or Private) and resident supply requirements; notifies changes in status.
• Maintain purchase order system and forward invoices to accounts payable for non e-procurement orders.
• Utilize the e-procurement system and PCC for resident charge capture if applicable.

Education

High School diploma

Active CNA certification in the state of practice

Knowledge of Medical terminology and supplies

One year of work experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
