Job summary

• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Meet safety and privacy standards for resident information.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Maintain a warm, respectful, and safe environment for residents.
