A local assisted living facility located in Bountiful, Utah seeks compassionate caregivers to join their team. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexible schedules and a fun, rewarding environment. Responsibilities include assisting elderly residents in daily living tasks and documenting their conditions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a love for the elderly. A background check and certifications will be required upon hire.

The Beaumont Assisted Living is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We are hiring for morning shift, and have Part Time and Full Time positions available.

Responsibilities

Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Self-Starter and able to work independently
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
• Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (bedside manner)
• Possess a love for the elderly
• Have a positive and compassionate attitude
• A background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
