Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Kentucky is seeking part-time Caregivers to join our on-site team on 3rd shift. Potential for full-time based on performance and position availability. We offer excellent benefits and provide training on-site.

Experienced caregivers preferred, but we will train the right person to meet our care standards. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily medications, ADLs, documenting care in electronic health records, and supporting independence through

We are currently accepting applications for part-time Caregivers to join our team on 3rd shift. Potential for full-time based on performance and position availability. Excellent benefits available. Experienced caregivers preferred but we will also train the right person on site for the required skills.

Position Summary

• Assist our Residents with daily medications following company and state guidelines.
• Provide assistance with daily activities as needed for each Resident to include ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and more.
• Document care provided in electronic health record.
• Encourage independence and help direct Residents to activities and meals.
• Follow company and state guidelines for assisting Residents.
