Job summary

Sunridge Assisted Living of Roy is seeking compassionate, fun, and energetic caregivers and CNAs to join our team. Grow with us and become a Med Tech by learning to pass medications safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate with residents, staff, family, and professionals with empathy.
• Possess a love for the elderly.
• Have a positive and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Care for elderly residents, assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs), document and notify RCC and nurse of changes or concerns in residents' condition, and perform duties as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.

A background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
