Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Seminole, Florida is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship.

Requirements include CNA license, CPR, valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, background screening, and TB test. You will follow care plans and agency protocols while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable CNA with good communication skills.
• Experience in-home caregiving preferred.
• CPR and TB test must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
