Job summary

Friendly Faces Senior Care in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate CNAs and caregivers to provide in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, medications reminders, and light housekeeping for clients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal hygiene assistance for elderly clients (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Remind clients to take prescribed meds and assist with ambulation.
• Assist mobility around home and accompany to appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members.
• Complete shopping tasks or accompany clients shopping as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and report incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Assist with meals and daily living activities as required.

Responsibilities for our CNA/Caregivers:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• The ability to communicate with clients and family members
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including preparing, serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications for our CNA/Caregivers:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
