Job summary

Monarch Communities in Moorestown Township, NJ is seeking a Caregiver (CNA/CHHA) to support residents per care plans in a part-time, hourly role. The caregiver will assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and activities under the Health & Wellness Director.

The role is Friday through Monday, 7a-3p or 3p-11p, with pay of $21.00-$22.00 per hour. On-site at a senior living community with benefits such as PTO, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, EAP, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide required.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during the shift.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
