No Worries Care in Bothell, WA is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support adults in their homes. CNA/HCA credentials or willingness to obtain them are preferred, with at least one year of caregiving experience.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medications, and daily living activities to promote independence and well-being. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and professionalism, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and learning in elder care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing homes, assisted living, etc.).
• CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques.
• Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.
• Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members.
• Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.
