Vista Springs Trillium Village in Clarkston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide comfort, safety, and daily living assistance to residents. You will learn individual preferences, support residents’ activities, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while upholding HIPAA and resident rights.

Training and ongoing education are offered in a dynamic, supportive team setting. This role can be full-time or part-time with flexible hours, and is part of a larger Vista Springs community

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, safety and general supervision to residents by assisting with activities of daily living and tending to individual care needs.
• Learn residents' preferences and personalities to maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment.
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and contribute to a caring, respectful atmosphere for residents and co-workers.
