Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, personal care).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Support meal service and light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with caregivers, med techs, nursing staff and other departments.
• Observe changes and communicate updates to the care team.
